The Go One-Go On Program will begin deploying laptops to students this Thursday and Friday. Seniors who have completed all the proper paperwork will be receiving their laptops on September 11th and Juniors on September 12th. All other classes will be receiving their laptops in the weeks following. Please watch for your students laptop and we encourage you to have conversations with your students about the program.
The Middleton School District and Middleton High School will be continuing the Go One-Go On Laptop program for the 2014-2015 school year. Students will receive a laptop to be used in the classroom, as well as at home (for those that choose this option) for educational purposes. Teachers will be integrating technology for instruction, assignments, projects, research and assessment.
Middleton High School will provide parent orientations for incoming freshmen and new students on the Go One-Go On program. Parents are strongly encouraged to attend an orientation before the student takes a device home with them. Parent orientation is scheduled for:

This has been an exciting time for the community, our high school students, teachers and school district. The immediate access to computers and increased use of computers in education has been beneficial on educational outcomes. We truly want our students to be able to compete in global market by utilizing the Go One-Go On Program to foster growth in 21st century skills as students engage in critical thinking, collaboration, creativity and communication.
