MHS 1:1 Student Help Desk

Overview

The Middleton Viking Help Desk is supported by our skilled Tech Ninjas, who assist with laptop deployment, troubleshooting, repairs, and device collection. In addition, they provide valuable training for both staff and students. The program is led by Help Desk Coordinator Heather Balaam, who oversees operations and ensures smooth tech support throughout the school.
