Why I teach~
I teach because I believe education is one of the greatest tools a person can possess. I teach to serve as a mentor, coach, and encourager. I get satisfaction when I see my students growth. I teach because I believe every child has the right to the best education possible regardless of their ability.
What I teach~
I teach my students to be accountable and to take responsibility of their actions. I teach them to think critically and strive for a higher level of thinking. I teach students to take ownership in the decision making process by applying their core values and inner beliefs.
My Passion~
My passion is helping students discover their unique set of gifts and talents that lie within themselves and applying those talents in their education, career, and daily lives to enhance their futures, and help them reach their full potential.
Continued Growth~
I believe in continuing to learn, and seeking out new ideas and ways of teaching. I listen to my students and their parents. I also collaborate with my peers, as well as keep up on the current laws and legislation. I am an active member in my community that will always be an advocate for education.
