Mr. Jay Fermin

My name is Jay Fermin and I work at Middleton High school. I am a Spanish Teacher. I have been teaching for 16 years and enjoy every minute of it.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Spanish Literature and Italian. I attented the University of Houston. I believe that every child should be valued and be treated with respect.

The teaching philosophy that I hold is that every child that comes to school should be treated with integrity, and be provided with the proper resources and guidance. 

I have taught all levels of Spanish, from Spanish I to AP Spanish Language. I am extermely passionate about my craft, but above all working with my students.

I provide them with the necessary skills in order for them to be successful and utilize Spanish properly in any circumstance. 

I look forward to working with all my students this year and making a difference in their academic lives.
